OCUNet: User Accounts

The Department of Information Technology maintains three systems that are used by most Faculty, Staff, & Students. Please read carefully below for detailed instructions on how to login to each account.


OCU Webmail:

Student email addresses consist of the username followed by @ohiochristian.edu. Example: jdoe@ohichristian.edu. Student usernames may contain a numerical character in a common username. For example, John Doe would be "jdoe", and Jane Doe would be "jdoe1." A Student User may access their email with Groupwise and on the web at http://mail.ohiochristian.edu

Faculty/Staff email addresses consist of the username followed by @ohiochristian.edu. Example: jdoe@ohichristian.edu A Faculty/Staff User may access their email with Groupwise and on the web at http://mail.ohiochristian.edu


SonisWeb, our Student Information Systems (SIS), is a database that our Students, Faculty, & Staff are setup with when they begin their journey at OCU. Student, Faculty, & Staff may log in by going to http://sonis.ohiochristian.edu and by clicking on the desired login portal. All personell will need to use the same username and password as their OCU Webmail account to login to their account.

Edvanced360 (E360)

E360 is the host of OCU's online environment. All online courses that are offered through one of OCU's many programs, will be offered through the E360 platform. To access E360, you will need to go to http://learn.ohiochristian.edu and login using the same username and password as your OCU Webmail account.

E360 IconLogin by visiting learn.ohiochristian.edu or clicking the icon (left). Use your OCU E-Mail username and password to log in.

If you need your E-Mail password reset, please contact the IT HelpDesk. After the password is reset you will need to log into OCU E-Mail and complete the Change Password prompt before logging into E360.

From MyOCU, look for the e360 Learning icon at the top right corner of the page, as depicted at right.

We also use a web-based ticketing system (portal). Employees and Students can click on the link below to look at common FAQs, create a Help ticket, or check on the status of their tickets.
